🧑💻 The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Tech Lead / Engineering Manager to join us at ground zero and architect the digital product from scratch. You’ll lead MVP development, set engineering culture, and scale technology that supports a globally relevant solution. This is a rare opportunity to lead both build and vision at the same time.
💼 Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the MVP, owning full-stack build and infrastructure
- Make key architectural and stack decisions aligned with product strategy
- Work cross-functionally with product, design, and business teams
- Implement secure, scalable, and well-documented systems
- Recruit and mentor engineering talent as the team grows
✅ Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience; 2+ years in a leadership/architect role
- Strong command of modern frameworks (React/Next.js, Node.js, Firebase, Postgres, AWS or similar)
- Experience building secure, scalable systems from scratch
- Strong product sense, systems thinking, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
🚀 Bonus Points
- Prior experience as a founding engineer or in an early-stage startup
- Exposure to fintech, KYC/AML systems, or B2C platforms
- Contributions to open-source or side projects that show initiative
- Experience in end to end solution development and delivery
- Pre Sales presentation experience
- Team management (10 + members)
